S'mores Overnight Oats

Hello friends. I hope this post finds all of you well. We've made it half-way through the week!

It's finally summer. I've always been a big fan of this season. Summer vacation as a kid. Beach time. It's great. This year, though, has been waaayyy too hot! Even for Florida, where it's always hot. We've consistently had temperatures in the upper 90s. And then there are the usual Florida summer rains. I'm kinda sick of it and ready for fall already. Sadness.

Anyways, summer means bonfires and s'mores making. So what better way to commemorate the official start of summer than with a s'mores overnight oats recipe? Enjoy and try to stay cool!

~ Ingredients ~

½ c. rolled oats
½ c. unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
1 tsp. chia seed (optional)
1 tsp. flax seed (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. stevia
1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
1 Tbsp. ground almonds

~ Directions ~

Combine all ingredients for the oats in a mason jar or other sealable container and let set in the refrigerator overnight, or at least for a few hours before enjoying.
