Yes, as in the butterbeer from the Harry Potter books. Have you ever tried butterbeer? If not, you're missing out. I've been to the Wizarding World at Universal Studios Orlando a handful of times and it's one of those things I simply MUST have every time I'm there.
You know how this goes by now. I love a food's flavor. Therefore, I must make an overnight oats recipe based on said food's flavor. This one turned out quite delicious. Sweet and creamy. Enjoy!

~ Ingredients ~
½ c. rolled oats
½ c. unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
1 tsp. chia seed (optional)
1 tsp. flax seed (optional)
¼ c. non-fat plain Greek yogurt
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. butter extract
¼ tsp. rum extract
¼ tsp. rum extract
2 tsp. honey (I used Isaiah's Garden Pure Honey)

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or other sealed container. Let set in the refrigerator overnight, or at least for a few hours before enjoying.
Note: The rum extract contains little to no alcohol content, as it is only concentrated rum flavor. If you do not like the taste of rum, you can leave it out. But no need to be concerned that you're having spiked oats for breakfast.
