Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Pumpkin all the things!!!!

Fall is finally upon us (although it doesn't feel like it in Florida). And that means pumpkin everywhere. All day every day. Pumpkin pumpkin pumpkin. I'm obsessed. I need a support group. Basic? Probably. Sorry, not sorry.

So anyway, I've been on this overnight oats kick. Given my complete obsession with pumpkin, making pumpkin spice overnight oats was inevitable. So here it is. Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats to feed your pumpkin addiction.

~ Ingredients ~

½ c. rolled oats
½ c. unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
1 tsp. chia seed (optional)
1 tsp. flax seed (optional)
2 Tbsp. 100% pumpkin
½ tsp. cinnamon
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
⅛ tsp. ginger
2 tsp. maple syrup
Chopped pecans (optional)

~ Directions ~

Combine all ingredients together and store in a mason jar in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with chopped pecans, if desired, grab your spoon and enjoy. Happy Autumn!
