Mochaccino Overnight Oats

You know what's awesome? Coffee. Coffee is completely awesome. Its awesomeness is so awesome it surpasses mere awesomeness.

You know what else is awesome? Chocolate. Because, chocolate. Obviously.

You know what else else is awesome? Overnight Oats. If you've explored this blog for more than a few seconds you've probably recognized my obsession. Healthy. Filling. Energizing. A great breakfast to fuel your day.

So how do we make our mornings the most awesome it can possibly be? We combined the three awesome things noted above. Seems legit. What does that give us? Mochaccino Overnight Oats! It's like a mocha coffee drink, only with oats. Obv.

~ Ingredients ~

½ c. rolled oats
¼ c. unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
¼ c. brewed coffee
1 tsp. chia seed (optional)
1 tsp. flax seed (optional)
1 tsp. cacao powder
½ tsp. stevia
1 Tbsp. cacao nibs

~ Directions ~

Combine all ingredients and store in a mason jar or other sealed container overnight, or at least for a few hours.



Top with a handful of cacao nibs and enjoy!
